Who We Are
Global NRB Alliance is an inclusive, non-political international organisation dedicated to empowering Non-Resident Bangladeshis. Spanning diverse professions, regions and backgrounds, we unite to address migrant challenges, strengthen diaspora participation and contribute meaningfully to Bangladesh’s development.
What We Stand For
We uphold justice, dignity, citizen unity and structural reforms that value every Bangladeshi, no matter where they live. Our work includes advocacy, research, humanitarian coordination, policy engagement, community support and international partnership-building.
MISSION
To empower and unite Non-Resident Bangladeshis worldwide by improving representation, advancing migrant rights, promoting justice and strengthening the diaspora’s contribution to Bangladesh’s future.

A globally connected NRB community that is influential, empowered and recognised as a vital partner in Bangladesh’s democratic, social and economic advancement.

Global NRB Alliance is committed to the following key objectives.
Strengthening Global Civil Society Unity
Rebuilding the spirit of solidarity that connects Bangladeshis around the world. We encourage collective responsibility, shared purpose and active citizenship.
Advancing Justice and Accountability
Supporting lawful, transparent and fair processes that uphold human rights and accountability. We stand with victims of injustice and advocate for recognition and closure for affected families.
Promoting Political Reforms and Open Participation
Encouraging youth, activists and professionals to participate in public dialogue without the barriers of legacy politics. We promote merit, transparency and inclusive national conversations.
Empowering the Bangladeshi Diaspora
Enhancing NRB representation, voting rights, migrant protections and diaspora-inclusive policies. We advocate for welfare, legal support and meaningful recognition of diaspora contributions.
Enabling Reverse Brain Drain and Talent Reinvestment
Creating opportunities for global Bangladeshi professionals to support Bangladesh through return migration, remote collaboration, advisory roles, mentorship and innovation partnerships. Our goal is to bring global expertise into national progress.
